Important measurements of e.g. volume flow, differential pressure, temperature, emission comparisons, number of cleaning intervals etc. can be done separately on individual filter bags. With online monitoring customer support is also possible during the project phase of a filter plant, for the optimisation of the cleaning system, as well as for the choice of filter media. Here the choice of filter media is the most interesting aspect, as online - monitoring can help to choose the optimum filter media for the corresponding application.

Offline-Monitoring

For data recording of volume flow and static pressure before and after the high pressure intensive cleaning. Therefore, FilterCare ® prepares action proposals regarding this matter.
